Sierras of Cordoba / Norte
The north area is linked to Cordoba and its history. The architecture of the towns reflects the colonial times and popular traditions. Tourists are received warmly by their inhabitants. You can appreciate amazing landscapes and the aboriginal legacy printed in Cerro Colorado.

Cerro Colorado
This reserve is located in the Northern-center of the province occupying a surface of 3000 hectares. On private property.
Cultural Importance of the Reserve : This reserve has high level of cultural elements since it is one of the most representative places with art from the ancient Cordoba natives.
It has many walls displaying their art manifestations. You can see a lot of figures of Spanish soldiers on their horses.

Important cultural and natural area of the province. Natural woods.
Most important towns and cities: Cruz del Eje, San Marcos Sierras, La Higuera, Villa de Soto and San Carlos Minas.
Activities: visits to Chapels, Jesuit States (La Candelaria), Cruz del Eje dike or dam, Pichanas dike, fishing, water sports, Art fairs in San Marcos.
