"Cordoba is a great place to study spanish. The teachers at SET Idiomas really made my stay enjoyable! Classes were lots of fun and I was able to reach a competent level within a month. The city is lovely and small enough to get around on foot. I loved walking around and absorbing the Argentinian culture, whether that be stopping at one of the many cafes for a cortado and medialuna or chatting to friendly locals. The weekend market is excellent, with lots of great work by local artisans. The Sierras are closeby and well worth a visit too, especially the towns of Villa Carlos Paz and Alta Gracia.
I really enjoyed my time in Cordoba and the experience was truly rewarding. I hope to return someday!! "

"I love to talk about my trip to Cordoba, Argentina! I visited in June 2008. I stayed in the Hotel Victoria. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The Hotel Victoria was a great location to stay in, I was able to walk to lots of destinations I was interested in seeing. I really enjoyed strolling along the La Cañada and one evening we enjoyed shopping in an Artist Fair. My daughter and I also liked the city tour on the double-decker bus. We also took in a Tango show and dinner which was fabulous! I wish I could have stayed longer. I would love to visit Cordoba again some day."

Thank you to all at SET for a fantastic three weeks of Spanish learning. Not only were the individual lessons thorough,
interesting, and tailored to my own needs and interests- but studying at SET made for a great all round experience of the city.
SET Idiomas also arranges social activities, outside of normal lesson hours. An Argentine institution, the asado (or bbq) was arranged whilst I was there, allowing me to meet all my fellow students aswell as eating fantastically well. Carlos also arranged a trip into a beautiful German village, La Cumbrecite, which was a great place to spend a Sunday.
I recommend SET if you want an individual learning experience, combined with a great working atmosphere and really good accommodation solutions for your time in fantastic Córdoba.

The city-tour on SAT and the visit to the Jesuit Missions el Domingo were both very interesting and your guides Gustavo and Carlos very knowledgeable and efficient. However, I think I would have preferred do a Horse-back riding excursion... ;) Maybe next time....
There are also a lot of places that I would still like to visit, such as Villa Carlos Paz, Villa General Belgrano and more of your beautiful Sierras... :)
So maybe see you again some time in Cordoba or Buenos Aires....
